Include the following details (if available):
- What you’re trying to isolate (e.g., home theater, studio, band room, traffic noise).
- Dimensions of the walls and ceilings involved to help us estimate materials accurately.
- Current construction details (e.g., 2x4 or 2x6 framing, concrete walls/floors, exposed joists, staggered or double studs).
- Link to a simple drawing or sketch of the space, including door locations and nearby rooms.
- Your project budget. Our prices are listed online, so your quote will not be affected, but this helps us suggest realistic options.
We’ll review your information and provide custom sound isolation recommendations—free of charge and tailored to your specific noise problem.
Product return
To begin your return, enter your email address and order number to locate your order. Select the product(s) and quantity you wish to return—you can choose multiple items if needed.
In the comments box, specify how many return labels you require. The cost of the labels will be deducted from your refund amount.
Please note: returns are accepted within 60 days of the original purchase date. Returns requested after this period will not be processed.
